Rockstar and Maryland native Grenique are grew up in a distinctively creative and musical family. Her poet mother and band percussionist father gave her the name Grenique because her father's name is Greg and her mother knew that she would be unique. They also gave her a thorough background in rock, R&B soul, hip hop and jazz music leading her to absorb elements of Prince, Chicago, Billy Joel, Salt n Pepa, Mary J Blige, En Vogue, Queen Latifah, Lauryn Hill, George Dukes, Phyllis Hyman, Minnie Riperton, Michael Jackson, Debarge, Aerosmith, Marvin Gaye, Chaka Khan, The Jones Girls, Patrice Rushen, Patty Labelle and Eric B and Rakim. Grenique began performing with Gogo bands and girl groups as a teen but felt her ideas would work better as a solo artist. Grenique headed to New York City and met with entertainment attorney, one who introduced her to producer Dahoud Darian. This connection led to her meeting Kedar Massenburg, former president of Motown Record as well as Chico Debarge. The result was a record deal, the song "Disco" on Rush Hour soundtrack which she received a platinum plaque for and a debut album, Black Butterfly which charted on Billboard. Grenique co-wrote and sang background on the song "Games Pain" by The Game featuring Keyshia Coles which made its way to the top of the charts. This artist is definitely not a new face to the magazines. She's been featured in Seventeen, Essence, Billboard, Vibe, Ebony and several other popular magazines. Grenique was also featured on a reality show called Stiletto Bosses and is currently working on her own reality show which will be featured on a major network. She’s also in a movie called “Rooster” that will be in theaters 2023. Grenique’s sophomore project is a guaranteed "Game Changer" which is executive produced by Raheem Devaughn.
“I am an artist…period,” declares Lindsey Webster. “I have influences from many musical genres and have been influenced by them from a young age. I believe in the power of music to empower and reach people on multiple levels.” The stunning, charismatic and amiable Lindsey Webster’s roots span the worlds of R&B, Pop, Rock, Jazz and beyond. Her flawless range has been compared to Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston and Minnie Ripperton, while her breezy and poetic songwriting is reminiscent of Sade. Soultracks says, "If Carole King and Sade had a kid, she would be Lindsey Webster” while Popmatters touts Webster’s work as “Classy, consistent, and exceptional.” Webster’s refreshing approach has garnered two Billboard #1’s and seven Top 10’s on the Billboard Contemporary Jazz Chart, making her the first vocalist in the format to garner a #1 since the iconic Sade. Her latest release "Reasons" continues her run of Top 10 Billboard Contemporary Jazz hits. Currently it sit firmly at #7. I sure it will continue to climb. To bringing his own soulful music to the world, with the release of a heartfelt song entitled ‘More Than One’. More Than One received tremendous reviews, mainly due to its powerful lyrics and emotive vocal performance. The song was also accompanied with a picture collage Youtube video featuring a string of soul stirring images. Since the release of his heartfelt ballad, Gavins music has been likened to the jazz infused organic instrumentation, behind the warm vocal palette of Grammy award winner Gregory Porter, or perhaps even the fresh spin on yesteryears Rhythm & Blues music, brought to us by the 10x Grammy award winner John Legend.
