Since the beginnings of indie soul, Sy has written a plethora of songs of other artists like Adina Howard, Gerald Albright, and more. She has sung background for many of the greats in music, such as Kenny Lattimore, Chris Botti, Meshell Ndegeocello, the legendary Whitney Houston, and the list goes on. As a matter of fact, she was one of the premiere background vocalist on "American Idol."

If this wasn't enough, Sy is also a star of stage and screen. Appearing in several plays and TV shows, Sy is a true renaissance woman, and shows no signs of slowing down. Her latest release, "Until We Meet Again," showcases her talent for mixing genres of music to create her own beautiful, indelible sound.
